What we collect
When you submit an application through our website, we collect your name, email address, a description of what you are building, and how you heard about Witan. This information is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore and is used solely to evaluate your application and communicate with you about your membership.
How we use it
Your information is used to review your application, schedule a conversation if appropriate, and communicate with you about Witan. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you become a member and opt in.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Data storage
Application data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to Witan administrators. We retain application data for the duration of your membership inquiry and delete it upon request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
